These terms govern your use of DraQR. By using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use DraQR.

The service

DraQR lets you create and style QR codes for links, menus, contact cards, WiFi and more. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use DraQR to:

• create codes that link to illegal, harmful, deceptive, or malicious content;
• infringe anyone’s rights, or impersonate others;
• distribute malware, phishing, or spam; or
• abuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the service.

Your accounts and content

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for the codes and content you create. You keep ownership of your content; you grant us only the limited permissions needed to operate the service for you.

No warranty

DraQR is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that codes will always scan on every device, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always test your codes before printing or distributing them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DraQR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or suspend or end the service or your access to it. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
